Our Trainings
The Neuro-Inclusive Quickstart (In-Person)
Our signature 2-hour, high-energy workshop delivered right at your facility. This "quick punch" session is the ultimate staff orientation. We cover the foundational "why" of neurodiversity, teach practical on-the-ground OT strategies, and run through hands-on, real-world scenarios completely tailored to your specific sport or environment.
The Investment: $850 Base Rate (covers up to 25 staff members)
Additional Staff: $25 per extra team member
The Self-Paced Staff Solution (On-Demand Video Modules)
The ultimate scalable option for out-of-state teams or programs with high staff turnover. No need to coordinate schedules! Your staff gets access to a series of highly engaging, bite-sized video modules they can complete on their own phones or laptops before their first day.
Built-In Accountability: To earn the certification, staff must complete the videos and answer a few quick "knowledge check" questions at the end of each module. These aren't formally scored- they are simply designed to ensure your team absorbed the strategies and is ready to confidently support your kids.
The Investment (Annual License):
Small Team (Up to 15 staff): $499
Medium Team (Up to 50 staff): $999

When your team completes their training, your organization officially earns our Neuro-Inclusive Digital Stamp for your website. This signals to your community that your program is safe, capable, and ready to welcome every child.
Keep Your Stamp Active: Because seasonal staff turnover is high, your certification and stamp are valid for one year. To maintain your Neuro-Inclusive status for the following season, organizations pay a simple $250 Annual Recertification Fee. This keeps your digital portal open so you can easily run new hires through the video modules and keep returning staff up to speed!
